"After having my business for 10 years with this State Farm location I chose to move my business. It was discouraging to see how the transition was handled. Based on what I personally observed, the long-time staff member who had kept the office running through an extremely difficult period when the previous owner passed away. The employee did not receive any direct communication from Fabian Valdez during the changeover. There did not seem to be the basic courtesy of informing her of her job status or thanking her for the years she spent keeping the agency afloat. That reflected very poorly on the professionalism and the character of the new agent."
